All orders shipped that contain livestock are shipped via overnight shipping. We only ship out Monday thru Wednesday to minimize any shipping delays and to do our best to ensure your package gets to you safe and sound. Any order placed Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Dead Upon Arrival (DOA) coverage:

In the event of any DOA corals or fish, please follow the steps below to file a claim.

1. Before opening the bag, please take clear photos of the coral inside the unopened bag.

2. Open the bag and place the dead coral on top of the Styrofoam lid from the shipping box and take a clear picture.

3. Contact us and complete the above steps within 2hrs of delivery arrival.

DOA due to shipping delays are not covered by our DOA policy. These claims are dealt with on an individual basis and coverage is at the discretion of Kay's Coral Cove LLC.

All DOA claims will be thoroughly reviewed, and if approved, you will receive store credit for the value paid of the DOA items.
